Our house had been listed with a different agent and realtor for a year. We decided to take the house off the market. A week later we received a letter from Robert Cuffe stating that as stressful as listing and showing a home is, he was positive he could sell our house. Just the way the letter was written we thought sure this may be a possibility. We met for several hours with Robert as he spoke of his company, his family, and his real estate experience in both selling and buying. Robert made some suggestions for some very minor fixes and described his marketing plan. The plan included the use of a drone to create a video to showcase the vastness and beauty of the 3.5 acres the home sat on as well as the large home. The video was awesome! Within 30 days we had multiple offers including a full price offer. Robert is extremely hard working, honest, very truthful, and accessible to his clients at all times.
